Cancellation & Rescheduling Steps

  • •The HOME team must give at least 5 days' notice to the referee coordinator, field assignor, and game scheduler to cancel a game.
  • •The field coordinator will provide alternate dates and times for the new game.
  • •Both teams must agree on the new date and time before contacting the field coordinator and game scheduler again to confirm.
  • •Affinity will send all parties an email with the new date, time, and location once rescheduled.

  • •When canceling a game, your email to coaches, referee assignor, and scheduler should include:
  • •- Game number
  • •- Original date
  • •- Location
  • •- Time
